My Dad and I had to wait for a little while the booking with Experience Oz was confirmed but after that, we were ushered through to the wheel and only had a short wait to be welcomed onto our gondola. The recorded information about the wheel and various points of interest around Brisbane was a good learning experience. Happy that the ride went around five revolutions to take it all in and to take some photographs.

It was amazing, easy to get tickets here, the ride was very nice, can see the beautiful city and surroundings, kids friendly as well, safety is very good, the experience was simply amazing, customer service also good, takes 10 minutes for a ride and my kids loved it.

Excellent value for money. We saved using Experience Oz to go on the Wheel of Brisbane. Highly recommend if you're visiting Southbank. Fantastic view and a lively experience at night. The attraction is in the heart of Southbank so easy to walk to. We have been both day and night on the wheel and would recommend going on the night.

Fantastic experience! Staff very friendly and helpful, the view was beautiful. Southbank is a great place to visit, lots of places for kids to explore and along the river and hop on the ferry and go all the way to New Farm which has a big park and playground there.

Absolutely enjoyed it. We did this on a random walk around Brisbane with our kids and the views were great (we did the night round), and the staff were lovely and very efficient. We were lucky we didn't go on a busy night but will do this again.

I liked it a lot! The 10 to 15 minute ride on the wheel of Brisbane gave me a beautiful experience in Brisbane. The 360 degree of view was excellent. This helped me know some exact buildings in Brisbane. Cool! Besides, the booklet I bought was nice! It told me histories and features of Brisbane.

Very easy purchase and a great experience. Purchased 2 tickets on the way to The Wheel of Brisbane and saved $10 in total! The Wheel went for longer than I thought it would, the views were gorgeous and the air con was cold even on a really hot day. Staff were friendly and especially with the discount it represented value for money. Would be good if there were more drink selections e.g. beer instead of just wine.

Would recommend. Really nice experience and a great chance to see beautiful Brisbane from a different view. We went even though it was raining but that wasn't a problem because you’re sitting inside. Nice and helpful staff and the wheel actually went on longer than was advertised, so that was a nice surprise.

Would definitely recommend. Especially if you're trying to save money. Really easy to use the tickets, just had to show them my phone and scan it. The Ferris wheel was amazing, especially doing it at night and looking at all the city lights. Made it a very memorable experience.

The Wheel of Brisbane is was such a good experience. A really good view to see from the top the ride it’s really nice slow and smooth we really enjoy the ride I would recommend to others and we will definitely come and do for more Brisbane wheel its awsome.

We visited Wheel of Brisbane and it was easy to take the discounted ticket from Experience Oz. We are happy that the online ticket was available second after paying for a ticket as we took ticket just before going to the Wheel of Brisbane. The ticket price was 22 dollar pp but we got a ticket for $17 pp just outside the counter.

Clean air-conditioned gondolas, good view of Brisbane River and South Bank. Our son who is scared of heights enjoyed the ride, and the staff were friendly to encourage him to go on the ride. Beautiful view of the city lights at night, water dragons around the ponds.

It was an amazing experience. We had the capsule to ourselves so we had the privacy for a very cheap price offered by Experience Oz. My little one had loads of fun seeing the river and other buildings. This ride was what made our end of year trip to Brisbane even more amazing.

A nice activity in Brisbane city centre. Good views across the city and the rivers. A relaxing activity the whole family can enjoy. The ability to purchase a glass of wine is also a very nice experience. Best go late afternoon to try and watch the sunset. Highly recommended.

The booking process was very quick, easy and simple! I received my electronic ticket pretty much instantly! It was a very sunny and hot day but we did enjoy our time in the Ferris wheel. When you look out the window, you can see a nice river view with some boats sailing around.

There were extraordinary views from the top of the wheel and the explanation for each of the points of interest from the in-cabin recording was also very informative. A map was provided showing clearly each of these points was also well set out and helpful.

Fantastic experience. Stunning views. We had a lot of fun guessing where most locations are. Bit scary at first if you're afraid of heights but a very calming experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great area to secure prams and a big bonus for having air-con and shaded windows.

The view was a very beautiful look at the city lights and bridge. The carriages were air-conditioned so it was a very nice relaxing experience. Alongside with it going around 4 times the experience wasn’t too long nor too Short was a good length of time.

It was a unique experience, went around the wheel five times. If you can follow the pamphlet and the explanation on the cart, then you can learn a bit about the buildings around. However we went at night, and the wheel wasn’t tall enough to see out of the building beside it, so there wasn’t much to see. Maybe the day view will be better.

Great fun and place to see the Brisbane night view. there was a night market around which my friends and I can enjoy the food before getting on the wheel. The opening hours is good as we can do other activity first and put the wheel as our last stop for the day.

I had family from New Zealand visit during the school holidays, so I took them to Southbank where we spent the day in the sun by the beach and exploring the market stalls they had there on Sunday. As our day came to an end we took a ride on the Brisbane wheel so they could take in all the beautiful sites of Brisbane city. Definitely a fascinating experience for them all which they all Absolutely loved. The gondola was very clean, air-conditioned and you could also purchase food and drinks. I personally have been many times and have never had a bad experience before. Staff are always professional and helpful. Booked for a weekend break in Brisbane the family really enjoyed the wheel. The sites around Brisbane are really good from the top. Great views of the river and Southbank get there early as the ques started to get quite long when we arrived to give this a try.

To get a bird's eye view of Brisbane, do the Wheel of Brisbane and then come to the ground level to get the entire glimpse of Brisbane thru the river cruise. Both the wheel and the river cruise is nicely explained for individuals to understand the past and present of Brisbane. If you have just half a day to explore Brisbane it is a must do and yes its close to each other so proximity is not a problem at all.

We took a trip on the Wheel of Brisbane. It was fantastic and a wonderful experience to have a 360 degree view of the city from the topmost points. They give you a ride for 20 mins in an airconditioned closed chamber with vocal guidance. Speed of wheel is slow so visitors can take a proper view of all places around them. Must visit place in Brisbane.

It was a surprise treat for my daughter's birthday. She loved the ride. It's amazing looking at our lovely city from up high, from the sunset to the sparkling city lights. I am a height phobia person but I found the ride was ok. They have an emergency button if you decided you wanted to get off earlier.

The kids loved it. The staff were amazing, especially with my son who had anxiety... they were very patient and talked him through the ride. The photos were amazing and good to keep, a bit pricey photos though but worth every dollar. I can't wait to go back next year.

We took the Ferry into Southbank and went to the Wheel of Brisbane. It is a really great experience and I highly recommend it. I went with the 3 year old who loved it completely. It's got spectacular views of Brisbane. The wait time for us to get in was about 10 mins however there were not many people at that time. Beautiful sights of Brisbane city and the Brisbane River. I took my 2 year old and 4 year old who both were very wary at first but soon came to enjoy the ride. Our Gondola was air-conditioned & came with an audio tour which was both great, something I will definitely do again.

Great to watch the amazing night view of beautiful bridge and buildings from Brisbane. There was a bit of confusion among staffs in tracking when to stop and load. We were the first one in line but had to wait because the cabin in front us was not supposed to stop. Other than that, a must do experience.

The Wheel of Brisbane has great views. You have heaps of time to take plenty of pictures while still having time to enjoy the views. The Gondolas are clean and comfortable. While riding the Gondola you can listen to an audio tour for interesting facts about Brisbane.

Amazing experience. The view is gorgeous and stuff is very nice. The position is best for an overview of the city and the river and bridges. It’s very much worth the money as this is the first time we do a wheel with 3 round per ticket, my daughter loves it so much! Strongly recommended.

Can’t get food or drinks into it, not that high, spins quite quick. Not more than nice, not worth the full price, only if you have a discount might be nice. For the positive side, it has airconditioning, nice guided tour that explains about the surroundings and nice view.

Even though it was raining at night, it was beautifully lit up, I shouted my family a ride as it was my niece's birthday, as well as a bucket list item for myself, it was so beautiful. They had fun I had fun two birds one stone. What more can I say... Just wish there had been a package deal that includes photos as it was too expensive for the price. Maybe perhaps a birthday deal something like that.

The Wheel of Brisbane was an amazing treat for my visiting family! On arrival at Southbank in Brisbane, they hopped on the Wheel and had an opportunity to view Brisbane before exploring on foot and on the ferries. They had the opportunity to take wonderful photos. The Wheel is a must visit!

We got the best price with Experience Oz, cheaper than on the spot. Had good views over Brisbane and the skyline, our ride was at night, had own gondola for us. I would have expected a bit better view, window unfortunately very dirty. The photos were taken there were unfortunately too expensive. The voucher had to be printed.

Simple & easy to use. Loved the service and the attraction was amazing too. The only downside is that they have to let the tourist know about the parking around the facility as they are insanely expensive at the time which might be frustrating. Highly recommended if you're in Brisbane for your next holiday. Also, be aware that the prices are charged only in AUD which is inconvenient at times too as you will get charged a fee for forex exchange by your bank.

With five circles of the wheel, we were able to see the beautiful night of Brisbane. Seeing above, the whole picture of Brisbane was in one sight, which cannot be replaced by any photo. Try plan and book earlier, if you purchase at the wheel it was more expensive but the concierge was very nice and friendly.

The Wheel of Brisbane was fun but you could not see all the attractions highlighted on the map. However, me and my wife felt relaxed on the ride and the staff were friendly. Overall it was good value for money as we had over 4 turns of the wheel and panoramic views of the city.

Took my nan on the wheel for the first time always been a dream of hers. It was amazing! Absolutely amazing views. I am scared of heights and claustrophobic but felt really secure and did not get frightened one bit. Can't wait to go again. Staff we also very friendly :)

Pretty awesome experience seeing all of Brisbane - I definitely recommend this if you are visiting Brisbane CBD area or if you are down in South Bank. It's so cheap to see some great views of Brisbane - including a really good talk through while you're in there of different things of Brisbane - all ages is great too!

The view was beyond words and, as first time visitors to Brisbane, we could not have asked for a better view of the beautiful city. Great experience, wonderful views over Brisbane river and CBD and good value as we went round in the wheel 4 or 5 times. There was a recording playing telling us about the buildings too. Which was informative. Would highly recommend, a worthwhile experience for the whole family.

Faultless service from the team at Wheel of Brisbane on a spectacular winters day. The wait times were short and the ride duration was long. Enough circles of the wheel and stops in just the right places to take full advantage of the optional onboard commentary and map. Even as locals we left with a new view and knowledge of our beautiful city.

Overall I found the experience exactly as described, and the process at the wheel was efficient and professional. The gondolas allow you to adjust the air conditioning and the volume of the voice over. There is an option to purchase meal packs to picnic in the gondola. My children and I were really glad we had this experience!

The Wheel was great to see the outlook of Brisbane and Southbank. We didn't have to line up for long. We pre-purchased our tickets online and just got them validated at the desk.
