No experience is necessary. Hamish the instructor explains and demonstrates before you put on your harness and helmet in preparation for your first abseil. After doing three abseils down these cliff tops you'll become familiar with the correct abseiling stance and other descent techniques.Highly recommend to anyone that visits Brisbane to visit river life adventure centre and try this.
